The Lawkit – Life As We Know It – was an ambitious project: a free online journal, to which anyone could submit article-style writing on any topic.
During 2011 four successful editions were produced, including submissions from a range of backgrounds. Our goal of creating an open platform for writing was met, and it was fascinating to discover the breadth of knowledge our writers’ set out to share.
Acting as founding editor, I selected the best submissions for each edition, and applied our editorial style guide to pull the material together. Thanks for publication go to David Lowry.
